Knize Apple Pie

Bake at 450 for 10min Then 375 for 40-50min

Filling

• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp grated lemon rind or juice
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 6 cups apple slices

Combine in bowl; cover apples pot [ sic ] butter.

Crust

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup crisco
• 5 - 6 tsp cold water
